UK Express (Royal Mail 1st Class): dispatched within 24 hours, then 1–2 working days — £4.99.

• Keep it away from heat: hot cars, radiators, direct summer sun and hot water can warp PLA.
• Don't bend, twist or drop it on hard floors. 3D-printed items are sturdy for everyday use but can snap.
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Safety: This is not a toy. It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years. Please supervise young children.

Damaged or faulty? Email hello@mymummysmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Mistake in your personalisation? If the error was ours, we'll send a free replacement straight away.

Change of mind? Because every item is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

Not covered: everyday wear, accidental breakage, and damage from heat, bending or misuse after delivery. These are 3D-printed items, so please handle with care. If something does break, get in touch and we're happy to offer a replacement at a discounted rate.
