On any product page marked 'Personalised', you'll find a personalisation field. Simply type your custom text, choose your colour or colourway, and we'll make it just for you. For Clickies, you also pick from our curated colourways.

Yes — most products allow up to 10 characters. For Clickies, you choose the number of switches (1–10) and get one character per keycap. Spaces and special characters count towards the limit.

Absolutely! We offer a range of colours for each product. Clickies use curated colourways that set both the keycap and letter colours.

We use our signature bold, rounded lettering that's clear, sturdy and easy to read — perfect for names. If you'd like something specific, pop a note on your order and we'll see what we can do.

Because each item is made to order, we begin production quickly. If you need a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@mymummysmarket.com and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

UK Standard: £4.99 (FREE on orders over £50). UK Express: £6.99. International: £6.99 for Europe and £9.99 for the rest of the world.

Because every item is 3D-printed to order, please allow 1–3 working days for production. After that, UK standard delivery takes 3–5 working days — most orders arrive within 5–8 working days in total.

Yes — Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) is £6.99 and arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there's a personalisation mistake that was our fault, we'll replace it or issue a full refund.

Email us at hello@mymummysmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

If the mistake was ours, we'll send a free replacement straight away. If the personalisation matches what was entered at checkout, we're happy to offer a replacement at a discounted rate.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days, plus an additional 2–3 days for the funds to appear in your account.

All products are 3D-printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable plant-based plastic. Clickies also include real mechanical keyboard switches.

Yes! PLA is biodegradable and made from renewable resources like cornstarch. We minimise waste and use recyclable packaging.

Surprisingly sturdy! PLA is strong and lightweight. Just keep items away from prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat, as PLA can soften above 60°C.

Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of ordering — after that, production may have already begun. Email hello@mymummysmarket.com immediately and we'll do our best.

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for £2.99 at checkout — it includes tissue paper, ribbon and a handwritten tag.
