How do I personalise my item?

When youโ€™re on a product page, youโ€™ll see a personalisation box where you can enter the name or text youโ€™d like.

Please enter the details exactly as youโ€™d like them to appear, including capital letters.


Can I see a preview before ordering?

At the moment, we donโ€™t offer previews before production. Each item is made to order based on the personalisation details you provide. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact us before ordering and weโ€™ll do our best to help.


How long does it take to make my order?

All items are personalised and made to order.

Our usual processing time is 1โ€“3 working days before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer โ€” weโ€™ll always let you know if this applies.


How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes 2โ€“4 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and start after dispatch, not from the date you place your order.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, we may be unable to amend or cancel your order.


What if I make a mistake with the name or spelling?

Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before completing your order.

We print names exactly as entered, so weโ€™re unable to offer refunds for spelling errors provided at checkout.


What materials do you use?

Our items are 3D printed using eco-friendly PLA, a biodegradable plastic made from renewable plant-based materials. Itโ€™s lightweight, durable, and perfect for personalised gifts.


Are your products safe for children?

Our products are designed as decorative keepsakes and gifts.

They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts.


Do you accept returns or refunds?

As our items are personalised and made to order, weโ€™re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If thereโ€™s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and weโ€™ll be happy to help.


Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

At the moment, we donโ€™t offer gift wrapping, but our items are thoughtfully packaged and perfect for gifting. Gift options may be added in the future.
