When will my order be dispatched?
Every item is made to order. Standard orders are dispatched within 48 hours and Express orders within 24 hours.
When will my order arrive?
Standard orders are dispatched within 48 hours, then take 3–5 working days with Royal Mail 2nd Class, so most arrive within about 5–7 working days in total. Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours and arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Free UK standard delivery on orders over £30. Plus, orders over £35 receive a free surprise gift in the box! 🎁
Can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please contact us first and we'll let you know what's possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update the address. Once it's with Royal Mail we can't redirect it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available for £2.99 at checkout — it includes tissue paper, ribbon and a handwritten tag.
