How long does production take?
Every item is made to order — production takes 1–3 working days before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days in total: 1–3 days production plus 3–5 days Standard UK delivery. Express orders arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Free UK standard delivery on orders over £50. Plus, orders over £35 receive a free gift! 🎁
Can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update the address. Once it's with Royal Mail we can't redirect it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available for £2.99 at checkout — it includes tissue paper, ribbon and a handwritten tag.
