Processing time

All of our items are personalised and made to order, just for you.

Our usual processing time is 1–3 working days before dispatch.

During busy periods (such as Christmas or seasonal events), processing times may be slightly longer. If this is the case, we’ll always make it clear on the product page or contact you directly.

 

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• Standard UK delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown clearly before you complete your order.

 

Personalised items

As each item is personalised to your specifications, please double-check all names, spellings, and details before placing your order. We print names exactly as entered.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

 

Delays

While we always do our best to dispatch orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, postal delays, or circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
