Personalised items
As all of our items are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised products unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This includes situations where:
- A name, word, or detail was entered incorrectly at checkout
- A change of mind occurs after the order has been placed
Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-personalised items
If an item is not personalised, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once a return or issue has been approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has begun, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
